Man arrested on multiple drug charges

AUBURN, Ala. - On Oct. 31, 2025, Auburn Police arrested William Kincaid Jordan, age 30, from Auburn, Alabama, charging him with four counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, two counts of drug trafficking, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana first degree, illegal possession of prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The arrest stems from Auburn Police conducting a narcotics investigation that resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in the 700 block of Patricia Circle on Oct. 31. During the search warrant, illegal narcotics and contraband were recovered. Police also developed evidence of the operation of a criminal enterprise involved in trafficking and distributing illegal narcotics. A vehicle connected to the criminal enterprise was also seized.

William Kincaid Jordan, who resides at the location, was apprehended at the home when the search warrant was executed. After further investigation, Jordan was arrested for charges associated with the narcotics related criminal activity. Jordan was transported to the Lee County Jail and held on a $339,500 bond.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
